Two awards have been created for assessment work and are presented at the fall all staff meeting.

People's Choice– Attendees of the DSS Assess poster session vote on up to two posters for their favorite poster.  The top two posters as chosen by the attendees are awarded the People's Choice award.

Chair's award for Excellence in Assessment–These awards are determined by the chair and co-chair of the assessment committee.

Excellence in Planning– Planning was thoughtful, aligns with departmental goals, incorporates stakeholders in planning and completing 
Excellence in Reporting– The report included a thoughtful discussion of the assessment completed, considering what the assessment means for our students and how this will inform future work.
